Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rockport - Bay View by IHG

Stayed here 2 nights over the Labor Day weekend. Room was very clean. Loved the hotel DOVE toiletries. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, toast, biscuits with gravy, sausage, cinnamon rolls, plenty of hot coffee, cereal , waffles. Hotel has a pool & workout room, and it you want to go fishing all you have to do is cross the street It definitely could use more handicap parking. All in all we were satisfied with our stay.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, pillows too mushy, walls and ceiling too thin. The room next to us had way to many people in it, extremely noisy. The room above us sounded like it was an aerobics studio. Great food for complimentary breakfast. Staff extremely nice.

Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and the bay right across the street. Such a nice relaxing weekend

Good room but needs their carpets cleaned or replaced in the room. The staff was generally very nice with the exception of the young lady who was very curt, almost rude at check-in. Not a good first impression. Location is outstanding. Close to town and the water.

We wanted to spend the weekend in Rockport for our anniversary. We're already members, so we decided to try this one. Small, but great! Great location. Nice breakfast selection. Staff was super friendly. Our room experience was a 9. Not bad, but not amazing. Clean. No bad smell. Everything worked. I'd recommend.

Not fancy, not a cute cottage. But centrally located, clean and reasonably priced. Ask for a room on odd numbered side of the building for the best water view

This was my first visit here and the hotel is in a nestled location. And in a good spot, as HEB is down the road along with several other quick fast food spots. This hotel offers a breakfast with a good variety, from bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels and muffins. There is an outdoor pool, a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor near the elevator that charges $3 a load to wash and another $3 to dry. A gym and ice machines. Pretty much all you’ll need away from home

Christian at the front desk was MOST helpful with booking our room for four nights after cancelling with Port A HIE. They waived the pet fee for our Service Animals, and put us in a room that had immediate outdoor access to the pool and areas the dogs needed. (The grass could stood to have been cut). Tiana was great at check out and understood the one complaint we had about the room, and said it was going to be addressed in all rooms in the near future. The location served us well for the Hummer Festival and the local market that was held the weekend of our stay...just spent too much money. lol
